I find that my skin is becoming more and more beautiful and very healthy, because I am used to doing my daily and weekly care without fail, that's the secret. In addition, I see a nice difference when I do beauty masks or facial massages.
I want to share with you two beauty face masks that I made live with my beautiful community last Saturday and both featured Aloe Vera gel.
I will never stop saying that this beauty of nature is an ally for the beauty of our skin. It is recognized that aloe Vera gel has moisturizing, healing and softening properties. It is composed of 98% water, so one of its properties is that it penetrates easily and deeply into the epidermis in order to hydrate all layers of the skin. In addition, aloe gel is ideal for soothing and calming atopic skin prone to redness, irritation and inflammation. Rich in nutrients, aloe vera gel is a very nutritious plant, it is our ally for the health and beauty of the skin of the face and body.
Ingredients: (for face, neck and décolleté)
3 tsp Pink clay and quinoa powder mask
1 case Aloe Vera Gel
Preparation : Add all the ingredients to a bowl, preferably wooden or glass, and mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
Instructions for use: Apply using the silicone applicator to the facial area, being careful not to touch the eye contour and lips. Leave it to act for a few minutes (between 5 and 8) and rinse with lukewarm water or remove with a damp washcloth.
Ingredients :
1 case Aloe vera gel
1 pipette of Sacha Inchi oil
1 pipette of Aguaje oil
1 tsp Organic bee honey
1 tsp Rose floral water
1 teaspoon natural yogurt (optional)
Preparation : Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until you obtain a smooth paste.
Instructions for use: Apply to face using the silicone applicator or fingers, gently massaging the face to penetrate. Let it sit for a few minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water or remove with a damp washcloth.
