Here are our best tips to naturally prolong your tan throughout the summer season, while keeping your skin luminous, healthy and well hydrated.


1. Hydration: the essential step

Well-hydrated skin is key to maintaining a radiant tan for longer. Sun exposure dries out the skin, which accelerates cell renewal and therefore… the fading of your tan. It is therefore essential to intensely nourish your skin morning and night.

RUNAK tip : Opt for rich and light vegetable oils such as Brazil Nut body oil , Shine body oil if you want to shine or Illuminating body lotion which offer a real hydration bath without a greasy effect.

2. Gentle exfoliation for a long-lasting tan

Contrary to popular belief, exfoliating your skin doesn't make your tan disappear! On the contrary, it helps remove dead skin cells that dull your complexion and evens out your skin tone. Ideally, opt for gentle exfoliation once or twice a week.

RUNAK homemade recipe : Mix a tablespoon of our Andean quinoa scrub with a little ground coffee and sacha inchi or maracuja oil. Gently massage onto damp skin, then rinse with lukewarm water. The result: soft, radiant skin, ready to absorb your moisturizers!

3. Focus on a diet rich in beta-carotene
