Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19, delivery services such as Canada Post are experiencing a delay in delivering packages.

RUNAK currently delivers to Canada, the United States, France and Belgium, Suize.
Delivery outside Canada is done by Canada Post within 7 to 22 days and customs clearance costs are paid by the buyer.
It is important to enter your delivery address correctly.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For any return, exchange or refund, you must notify us by email info@runak.ca . Proof of purchase will be required and this must not pass 15 working days.
Returned products must be intact and return delivery costs will be assumed by the customer except for defective products.
Important: Note that there are no exchanges or returns for any product broken or damaged during events beyond our control (temperatures too cold or hot), nor mishandling by carriers.
