Delivery

Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19, delivery services such as Canada Post are experiencing delays in delivering packages.

• Free XpressPost delivery, on orders of $145 or more, before taxes.
• For orders under $145, delivery charges will apply depending on the choice of delivery method offered by the online store or the fixed rate of $11
• Delivery times are 3 to 5 working days.

RUNAK currently delivers to Canada, the United States, France, Belgium and Switzerland.

Delivery outside of Canada is made by Canada Post within 5 to 22 days and customs clearance fees are paid by the buyer.

Returns and exchanges Canada and/or International

For any return, exchange or refund, you must notify us by email info@runak.ca within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Proof of purchase will be required. Returns are at your expense.
